CREDENTIALS.
My freelance writing work is broken down into the three primary categories of Faith, Diagnostic Imaging, and Mountain Biking.
To be eligible to write in the on-line market, as well as traditional mediums, there must be some level of expertise that can be established for various areas.
Honestly, sometimes I feel as though I have learned more by standing in the barn and listening to the men who have meant so much to me, than all of my college years combined could offer. I am ever grateful to my dad and grand-dads as well as a couple uncles, plus a very spiritual and honest man by the name of Jack Haight.
However, it appears that our society prefers pieces of paper to establish intelligence, so here are my credentials for each area.
FAITH
Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. Lynchburg, VA.
Concentration in church ministry with a focus on evangelism and church planting.
My career is currently building a portfolio in this field with my writing and consultation services, as well as new opportunities that God seems to be providing on a regular basis.
DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING
B.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Edinboro University. Edinboro, Pa.
Certification from The Nuclear Medicine Institute, University of Findlay. Findlay, Ohio.
A.S. From SUNY Jamestown CC. Jamestown, N.Y.
Registered as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Nuclear Cardiology Technologist with the NMTCB
Over a decade of service working both in hospital and private practice facilities.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
No formal schooling for this one. This experience came from the school of hard knocks, and trust me I have had a few.
Founding member of the Northern Allegheny Mountain Bike Association.(NAMBA) www.bikeallegheny.org
Experience working, on project, with the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) both with their trail solutions program and the Team IMBA program.
Mountain Bike Instructor for the annual Women in the Outdoors Event, sponsored by the National Wild Turkey Federation.
Team Captian for the NAMBA race crew.
Trail volunteer with the Allegheny National Forest.
